Poodies Party is actively seeking volunteers and community leaders in assisting with the production of its
10th Annual POODIES PARTY MUSICFEST & FUNDRAISER OCTOBER 4 & 5, 2024, at Poodie’s Roadhouse in Spicewood, TX. We need your help! You are invited to donate your time, talent, love and energy as a Volunteer to help us with our fundraising efforts to support local charities based in the Spicewood, Marble Falls, and greater Austin area.
Poodies Party Inc is a 501c3 public charity organization now in its 10th year.
Our fundraising efforts in the past have helped organizations like HAAM, Wounded Warrior Project, Spicewood Ladies Auxiliary, NORMAL and others. This year’s intended recipients of our fundraising proceeds are Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center and Helping Hand Crisis Ministry of Spicewood. If we work together, not as a singular effort, but as an effort of many, we can produce a successful result in our fundraising.
We have a number of openings for Volunteers at all levels.
Volunteer Groups include:
A) Silent Auction & Raffle
B) “Roadies”
C) Parking & Security
D) Green Room Attendees
E) Vendors
F) Sponsorships
G) Poodies Party Merch Table / Band Merch Table
H) Social Media
I) On-site Production (including set up & take down)
